Created to facilitate customs processes through the Single Portal, the government created electronic documents that simplify the provision of data for import and export and their inspection to DUE and DUIMP. The DUE (Single Export Declaration) is an electronic document that replaces the old RE (Export Registration), SD (Dispatch Request), DDE (Dispatch Declaration) and DSE (Simplified Export Declaration). It is made from the Export Invoice and contains the main information of the operation, so that intervening agencies and other foreign trade actors can take action.

DUIMP (Single Import Declaration) is the electronic document that will replace DI (Import Declaration) and DSI (Simplified Import Declaration), gathering - in both cases - all information of a customs, administrative, commercial nature, financial, tax and fiscal focused on the control of exports and imports by the government. Both are advances for companies that aim at international business, both for the purchase and for the sale of products and supplies.
